Where can I buy the product?
Currently, our products are available for bulk orders on our website here and in local headshops/smokeshops. Ask your local shop about Lean Green Wizard.

How do you ship the product?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. You will be provided with a tracking # and packages will be shipped based on your selected shipping method with no markings or any labels indicative of its contents. Your privacy and satisfaction are very important to us.

Where do you ship products to?
At this time, we only ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Where can I get more info on my order(s)?
You can visit the My Account page to view your order details. From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

PRODUCTS

What size of pre-rolled cones does it take?
The LGW cone loader has two sides to accept either 1 1/14″ or King Size cones or papers. Other sizes can also be trimmed to fit.

How do you use the cone filling machine?

What colors do your products come in?
Currently, they come in Lean Green. If there is a color that you would like to see us make, send us an email with the color that you want and we’ll keep it in mind.

How do I clean the grinder?
The best way to clean the grinder is to put it in the top rack of your dish washer. Make sure you scrape out all of the keef from the bottom chamber first.

What do you put in the grinder?
You can put any type of spices, tobacco or herbs that need to be ground in our premium grinder. 

Where can I purchase your products?
Check out your local smoke shop. If your local shop does not have our products, tell them to contact us for wholesale pricing.

Do you offer custom logo and/or private label products?
