Where can I buy the product?
Currently our product is available for purchase on this website and Amazon.

How do you ship the product?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. You will be provided with a tracking # and all packages will be shipped via FedEx based on your selected shipping method with no markings or any labels indicative of its contents. Your privacy and satisfaction are very important to us.

Where do you ship products to?
At this time, we only ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. Items must be returned UNUSED and in the exact same condition as received within 7 business days. All returns must be sent back in Original Boxing/Packaging. Please use the Contact Form to start the return process and we will email you instructions. Used products that are returned will be disposed of and no refund will be administered. If the refund is not due to a faulty, damaged or otherwise broken product, then you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS. DO NOT USE IT! Product must be completely unused to be returned. All Returns must be sent back in Original Boxing/Packaging.

When can I expect my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.

Who do I contact if I have a problem my order?

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?
Our products are made from engineering grade plastics and should never break. In the very rare occurrence that one of the blades/teeth on your grinder breaks off from normal use, please send us 3 photos from varied angles showing the damage and we will send you a replacement part at no additional cost. Please note however, that only the blades/teeth are covered under this warranty, not the whole grinder.

What colors do your products come in?
Currently they come in Lean Green. If there is a color that you would like to see us make, send us an email with the color that you want and we’ll keep it in mind.

How do I clean the grinder?
The best way to clean the grinder is to put it in the top rack of your dish washer. Make sure you scrape out all of the keef from the bottom chamber first.

How do you use the cone filling machine?

What do you put in the grinder?
You can put any type of spices, tobacco or herbs that need to be ground in our premium grinder. It is also great for grinding your cooking spices.

What size of pre-rolled cones does it take?
The LGW cone filling machine has two sides to accept either 1 1/14″ or King Size.

Where can I purchase your products?
You can purchase them from our online store. If your local shop does not have our products, tell them to contact us for wholesale pricing.

Do you offer custom logo and/or private label products?
